We will be celebrating Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children on Friday the 15th December.
Please provide your child with a Christmas jumper or t-shirt and send in £1 to be donated to Save the Children.
A risk assessment was made this morning of the school grounds. Due to extreme cold weather pathways dug yesterday have becone solid ice. This makes access to the school very difficult for parents and children. In addition to this the school boiler failed to initiate this morning leaving the building very cold. With these factors in mind the school will be closed today . Sorry for the inconvenience.
Due to the dangerous conditions caused by the snow and ice and a risk assessment being carried out, we will be closed today. This has taken into account the safety of staff, pupils and parents on and around the school site.
Dear Parent,
The weather forecast for tomorrow is light to heavy snow. Just in case we are unable to open, please check our Twitter and Website (www.capcochprimary.co.uk) for updates. If there is no snow, it will be business as usual.
Kind regards,
S Gardner (Headteacher)
