We have today received an e-mail from Catering Services of  RCTCBC asking us to inform all parents of the arrangements for Breakfast Club for the new Academic Year in September and the arrangements for applications.

If your child requires a place in the Autumn term breakfast club (2nd Sept – 17th Dec) applications can only be made on-line via the RCTCBC website.  The link for the application form is:-

The form will be available for completion from 7am, Monday 5th July to 5pm, Monday 12th July for Capcoch Primary School and the number of places will be limited to ensure that social distancing, effective hygiene and preventative measures can be maintained.

Please note that places will be prioritised based on the time of the application and parents will be notified by Friday 23rd July as to whether you are successful or unsuccessful.

Unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a reserve list and non-attendance of successful applicants will result in places being reallocated. As places are restricted, please only apply if your child requires access to a free, healthy breakfast before the start of the school day. 

The Breakfast Club process and allocation of places are determined by Catering Services and not ourselves.

In addition, an-mail and text message has also been sent to parents/carers this afternoon informing them of this.
