Good evening
We have today sent an e-mail to all parents who have registered an e-mail address with us a short letter outlining the staffing arrangements as from September 2020 together with a text message.
This information can be accessed by clicking on the "News & Events" tab and then by further clicking on the "Newsletters" tab
These staffing arrangements will be reviewed on a regular basis and updated in accordance as and when further advice is received from Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC. We will endeavour to inform you of those changes as soon as we are possibly able to by way of e-mail and also by posting updates on our school website.
Kind regards
Dear Parent/Guardian
We have received an e-mail late yesterday from the Catering Services Department of RCT who are responsible for the provision of Breakfast Clubs and School Meals. This e-mail has been forward to parents who have registered an e-mail address with us and also informed parents by way of text message.
You will see that in order to facilitate breakfast clubs in the Autumn Term Catering Service will need to assess the number of pupils who require the provision.
If your child requires a space in breakfast club please complete an application form using the following link https://www.rctcbc.gov.uk/breakfastclubform . The form will be available for completion between 1st September to 6th September. Spaces will be available from the week commencing Monday 14th September. The completed applications will be reviewed and the number of spaces assessed on the dining hall area available and breakfast club staffing numbers to ensure that health and safety and appropriate social distancing requirements between contact groups of pupils are met.
Please note that no paper copies will be accepted at the school or by the Council. All applications must be completed on line.
Kind regards

Dear Parent/Guardian
We have this weekend, received a number of queries as to when our children return to school.
An e-mail was sent to all parents who have registered an e-mail address with us on the 16th July enclosing a copy of our end of term Newsletter which contains details of all pupils return to school in September for the new Academic Year. In addition, we also posted a copy of this letter under the "News & Events" category on the 15th July which can be accessed by clicking on the "Newsletters" tab. This newsletter contains details of the new arrangements for the collection and drop of children to the school, the new one way system, class arrangements etc.
Although the school will re-open on Tuesday 1st September, we will be closed to pupils on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd September as we need to put in place the final arrangements for the pupils safe return. The return to school arrangements for pupils are as follows:-
THURSDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER
Reception to Year 6 pupils ONLY (NOT NURSERY PUPILS)
MONDAY 14th SEPTEMBER
Existing Nursery Pupils
MONDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER ONWARDS
New Nursery Admission pupils. The Parents of these children who are new to our Nursery Class will be contacted on our first week back with the times and arrangements for their child's admission to the school. Those parents have already been contacted by Mrs Kent and start dates etc given to them.
Parents will not be allowed to stay on site as we aim to minimise contact between individuals and maintain social distancing wherever possible. In addition, please ensure that your child attends school with their books, P.E. kit, lunchbox etc as no visitors will be allowed entry to the school. No visitors will be admitted to the school without a prior appointment being made via the school office. The reason for this is to not only protect our children from COVID-19 but also to protect our staff and our pupils families.
Kind regards
