  • DINNER MONEY PAYMENTS ON-LINE AND INCREASE IN DINNER MONEY 11.9.20

    Fri 11 Sep 2020

    Dear Parent/Guardian

We are pleased to confirm that we have now put in place arrangements with RCT for all parents to be able to pay their child's dinner money on-line.

Payments on-line will go live on Monday 21st  September and letters will be produced and sent home with your child no later than Tuesday 15th September.  Each child will have an individual pupil number which must be used by you on the Council website to credit money to your child's dinner money account.  Please ensure that monies are paid into your child/childrens accounts at least 48 hours prior to your child/children taking a dinner to give the system time to update the RCT's records who will in turn, update the school office every morning.

Dinner money must be paid in advance for your child and no cash will be accepted in the school office after Friday 18th September.  Please note that if there is insufficient monies in your child's/childrens dinner money account you will be contacted by Mrs Kent to make alternative arrangements for lunch that day for your child.  If you are in receipt of Free School Meals your child/childrens account will be credited directly by RCT.  In the meantime, you will still be required to send cash or cheques into the office for your child's meals until 18th September.

In addition, please note that dinner money as from 1st April has increased to £2.55 per day (£12.75) per week.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Kent in the school office.

    Kind regards

  • PAYING DINNER MONEY ON-LINE - 9.9.20

    Wed 09 Sep 2020

    ear Parent/Guardian

We hope that this e-mail finds you all well and safe.

As you will be aware, as a school we are doing all that we can to minimise the risk of COVID transmission and we have therefore taken the decision to implement payment of pupil dinner money on-line.

We are therefore in the process of setting this up with RCT and as you will appreciate with the number of schools that RCT have to deal with in the County, this will take a little bit of time to set up and complete.

We are hopefully that this will be up and running by the end of September and we will then be able to send out to you a letter containing your child's individual dinner money number in order for you to pay on-line.

We will advise you further as soon as this has been set up.

    Kind regards

The form will be available for completion between 1st September to 6th September. Spaces will be available from the week commencing Monday 14th September. The completed applications will be reviewed and the number of spaces assessed on the dining hall area available and breakfast club staffing numbers to ensure that health and safety and appropriate social distancing requirements between contact groups of pupils are met.

Please note that no paper copies will be accepted at the school or by the Council. All applications must be completed on line.
