• Boudicca Visit

  An interactive, exciting and fun performance from 'Boudicca', that will involve all the children in Year 3/4.

• Criw Cymraeg

  We will soon be  creating a Criw Cymraeg in our school.

   

  The Criw is made from two children in years 2-6 who enjoy speaking Welsh. The aim is to develop the use of Welsh in our school. We have lots of targets that we have to meet and are currently working towards the SiarterIaith Bronze award. We have to collect evidence from around the school to prove how we have met the targets. 

   

   

• Award Winning ICT Evangelist, Author, Inventor and Radio Broadcaster to visit Yr 5/6

  Award Winning ICT Evangelist, Author, Inventor and Radio Broadcaster Russell Prue is to visit Year 5/6 to discuss low cost school radio kits.

• Christmas Party

• Santa Visit

  Santa has visited all the children today in his grotto !! They loved every second - he even saw them working in their classes - such good children

• Christmas Jumper Day

  We will be celebrating Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children on Friday the 15th December.

   

  Please provide your child with a Christmas jumper or t-shirt and send in £1 to be donated to Save the Children.

• School resumes as normal

  The school will resume as normal tomorrow. Please be careful entering the yard and please stick to the pathways. 

• School Concerts

  As a result of the disruptions caused by snow, we have rescheduled the school concerts. We have moved the concerts to Tuesday 19th December and Wednesday 20th December with times remaining the same. These are the only available dates in a very busy school calendar. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

• Inclement Weather

  A risk assessment was made this morning of the school grounds. Due to extreme cold weather pathways dug yesterday have becone solid ice. This makes access to the school very difficult for parents and children. In addition to this the school boiler failed to initiate this morning leaving the building very cold. With these factors in mind the school will be closed today . Sorry for the inconvenience.
