Just a reminder that the Colofoto proofs were received yesterday Monday 24/6/19 and have been distributed to all classes today Tuesday 25/6/19.
The last date for receipt of Order as the school is Thursday 4/7/19. No Orders will be accepted after this date at the school . You are also able to order directly from Colorfoto on their website and again, the closing date again is Thursday 4/7/19
Dear Parents
Just a reminder that we have no objection to children riding their Scooter or Bike to and from school, but during the school day, these are not to be used by children on the school yard.
Please could you reinforce this rule to your child(ren) otherwise your child(ren) will be stopped from bring them to School

Please note that RCT will NOT telephone parents asking for payment. The recovery of penalties such as these are done so by written correspondence only.

Just a reminder that it will be our School Sports Day on Wednesday 3rd July 2019 (weather permitting).
The timings are as follows:-
10.00 am start for Foundation Phase (Nursery up to Year 2) MORNING SESSION
1.30 am start for KS2 (Year 3 to 6)-AFTERNOON SESSION
However, we have reserved Wednesday 10th July in case of bad weather on the 3rd July. If we do have to cancel on 3rd July we will let you know as soon as we can
Just a quick reminder - can all pupils be in school on Monday 17th June 2019 no later than 7.45 as the bus for West Midlands Safari Park will be leaving at 8.00 a.m. - the bus should arrived back home by about 5.30 p.m. (traffic permitting of course). Dear Parents,
It has been arranged for Colorfoto to take Team and Class (not individual) Photos tomorrow Friday the 7th June 2019. Please ensure that your child wears school uniform tomorrow for this purpose. In addition, if you child is a member of any Clubs e.g. Rugby, Guitar etc that they also bring in their kit or instruments for the Team photographs.
As you will appreciate there will be a lot of identical garments so please make sure that clothing is marked with your child’s name.

Just a short reminder that if you wish for your child to be admitted to our Nursery Class in January 2020, you will need to give your child's details to the School Office before the new Academic Year in September 2019 as we need to inform the Local Authority as to how many applications to expect and also for them to be able to work out whether there will be enough space in our Pre-Nursery Class in January. In addition, you will also need to complete an on-line application for Nursery on the RCTCBC website which will be available from the beginning of September and will close mid October 2019.

Due to unforseen circumstances, all After School Clubs from Tuesday 21st May to Friday 24th may inclusive are cancelled. All After School Clubs will recommence during the second week of the new Term i.e.Monday 10th June 2019. Sorry for any inconvenience.
We have sent out by Parentmail two letters regarding the above, and paper copies to those parents who have not yet provided us with an e-mail address.
Our Easter Bonnet Parade will take place on the last day of term Friday 12th April (time to be confirmed) and in addition, we are asking for a donation of an Easter Egg from each child for our Easter Raffle.
