  • REMINDER OF SCHOOL START AND FINISH TIMES - 8.9.21

    Wed 08 Sep 2021

    Dear Parent/Carer

As you will be aware from our start of term September Newsletter, all schools in the RCT area have reverted back to their original start and finish times.

The classroom doors will be open from 8.50 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. to allow your child entry into their classroom.  The gates will be shut promptly at 9.00 a.m. and any child/children attending after this time will be considered as late and will need to report to the main reception area of the school.  Your child will receive a late mark if they arrive after the gates have closed.

In addition, all children are to be collected at 3.20 p.m. and again the school gates will be opened at 3.10 p.m. for this purpose.

In view of the COVID situation that we currently find ourselves in, please do not attend at the school before 8.50 a.m. or 3.10 p.m.  as we attempting to stem the transmission of COVID not only within our school but also in the wider Community.

Lastly, no visitors are allowed on site unless a prior appointment has been arranged via the school office.  If you do need to speak to a member of staff for whatever reason, please telephone the school office so that either a  call back can be arranged, or alternatively an appointment made for you to attend at the school.

Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated.

    Kind regards
